Pickup days are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday after the auction ends (see specific times below). If you wish to pay for your purchase(s) with cash, you may do so on Wednesday, August 30th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Thursday, August 31st at our 534 West Grand Ave. building from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Otherwise, your credit card on file will be billed for your auction purchase(s) by 9:00 AM on Friday, September 1st. We are not taking any payments at 1525 Sun Valley Drive. If you need to update your credit card on file, please do so before the auction starts to close. There is a 16% buyer’s fee added to the final sale price of all lots plus applicable sales tax (an additional 2% convenience fee will be charged for credit card/debit card payment processing). Your invoice marked "Paid in Full" must be brought to your scheduled pickup. All items must be picked up on Thursday, August 31st between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM, Friday, September 1st between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or on Saturday, September 2nd between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
All items need to be paid for and picked up by 11:00 AM on Saturday or a $30 late pickup charge will be added to your invoice (these items will then be resold if they are not picked up by 11:00 AM on the following Tuesday).
We will be using an online scheduling program to schedule all shipping and pickups for this auction. Winning bidders will be emailed after the auction ends and will be able to request shipping or select a specific time slot to arrange pick up. This will allow us to schedule the amount of people onsite at the building at specific times to ensure a more safe and efficient pickup. Bring your "Paid in Full" invoice when you pick up your purchases.

Welcome to Beloit Auction! The following terms and conditions apply to this auction. (1.) YOU must register to bid. Auctioneer may establish such Bidder Registration requirements and Bidder qualification criteria as determined, in Auctioneer's discretion, to be reasonably necessary or appropriate. In order to register to bid, YOU must provide such information (including identifying and financial information) as requested by Auctioneer. Auctioneer may refuse to accept a Bidder Registration from any potential Bidder, may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential Bidder, and may revoke the Bidder Registration or bidding privileges of any Bidder. Auctioneer may, in Auctioneer's absolute discretion, receive bids from a person or entity that has not registered to bid, and/or has not satisfied all requirements for Bidder Registration, and, by bidding, such person or entity will be bound by Auctioneer's Bidder Terms and Conditions. Bidder qualification and registration provisions are intended for the benefit of Auctioneer and Seller, and create no rights or interests in any other persons, including competing Bidders. Auctioneer and/or Seller may (but will not be required to) waive any Bidder qualification and/or registration provisions, either globally or on a case-by-case basis. Bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of the auction set forth prior to bidding on the auction. These terms and conditions are made part of the offer to purchase. All bidders are required to register online prior to the beginning of the online auction if they intend to bid. Each bidder is assigned a unique bidder number. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this auction, bidder agrees that all bids he or she submits are irrevocable and binding. (2.) Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. (3.) All property sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” All property is being offered and sold in its AS IS/WHERE IS condition at the time of the auction, WITH ALL FAULTS, including any hidden defects of any nature. Neither Auctioneer nor Seller makes any representations, warranties, or guarantees whatsoever, express or implied, regarding the nature, value, source, authenticity, fitness, merchantability, and/or any other aspect or characteristics of such property. No statement anywhere, whether express or implied, including verbal statements made by Auctioneer or their staff, will be deemed a warranty or representation by the Auctioneer or Seller. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, there are no warranties of non-infringement, authenticity, origin, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed. You acknowledge and agree that you cannot rely, and have not relied, on any representation, warranty, or guaranty made by Auctioneer or their staff or the Seller, or anyone acting as agent of the Seller, orally or in writing. You acknowledge and agree that you have had the opportunity to inspect any lot(s) in person. You further acknowledge and agree that any photographs or other images of lot(s) are adequate for your purposes, and that you have had a full and fair opportunity to ask questions of the Auctioneer, and to conduct any and all due diligence deemed by you to be necessary or appropriate. You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final with no refunds or returns. (4.) The first pickup day starts on Thursday. All invoices that have $300 or more worth of gold, silver, coins, currency, jewelry, marine, powersports, trailers, or motorized vehicles must be paid for by cash or wire transfer. We also reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash or wire transfer as well for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud. (5.) All items need to be paid for and picked up by 11:00 AM on Saturday or a $30 late pickup charge will be added to your invoice (these items will then be resold if they are not picked up by 4:00 PM on the following Monday). Your account will then be suspended until this invoice is paid off or a $50 service charge is paid (whichever amount is higher of the two). (6.) Purchases requiring shipping will have the shipping charges billed to that same credit card. For buyers who purchase unopened bottles of alcohol, you must be 21 years of age or older. All Federal firearms laws will be complied with. Background checks will be conducted on ALL firearm purchases. Firearms and the required background check must be paid for before we will conduct the background check. Failure to pass the background check will result in the buyer consigning the item to an upcoming Auction. Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL (buyer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges). For buyers who purchase firearms, to be compliant with federal and state regulations we must do background checks and process the required paperwork for which there is an additional $15.00 processing fee if a long gun or long guns are purchased and a $20.00 processing fee if a handgun or handguns are purchased (with a maximum charge of $35 regardless of how many guns of both types the buyer purchases). Some firearms may not be legal in all locations. Not for sale where prohibited. Check local laws and ask/get answered all questions before bidding. NO REFUNDS. As a precondition of participating in this auction, the buyer agrees to release the seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item. All firearms should be inspected by a certified gunsmith prior to loading or firing. Always wear eye and ear protection when shooting firearms. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded. Safety is no accident. (7.) If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card, your account will be suspended, and you will be blocked from bidding. To reinstate your account, a $50 service charge must be paid by cash or debit card. (8.) You agree that as a buyer on this auction, Beloit Auction may attempt to contact you by email, text, or phone regarding your invoice. (9.) Anyone caught tampering with tags, merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. (10.) Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. (11.) According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item. The buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during the pick-up time. Beloit Auction recommends scheduling to be on site as quickly as possible to pick up your purchases. (12.) Buyers are responsible for the additional moving, packing, boxing, and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own vehicle, packing materials, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Beloit Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. (13.) Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. (14.) All our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that lot. (15.) All our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last 90 seconds, 90 seconds will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are is at least 90 seconds with no additional bids. (16.) The Auctioneer cannot, and will not be, held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in their sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. (17.) Buyer agrees any legal action taken regarding this auction, that jurisdiction is agreed upon by all parties to be placed in Rock County, WI. Beloit Auction & Realty, Inc. will be entitled to the value of its time, costs, and attorney’s fees incurred as damages.
