This is an ONLINE PUBLIC REAL ESTATE AUCTION to settle an estate...it is NOT a foreclosure auction. $99,000 minimum opening bid. 10% buyer's fee. $4,000 non-refundable earnest money (certified funds or cash) required by 2:00 P.M. the Wednesday following the auction (November 6, 2019) at the Beloit Auction & Realty Inc. office - 534 W.
