PICKUP TIMES (THESE ARE THE ONLY TIMES - UNLESS YOU BUY THE TWO POST LIFTS):
This is a two-day pickup except for the winning bidder(s) of the two post lifts. They are responsible for the removal of these lifts after the last pickup day and will need to coordinate with the owner on a date/time to remove these lifts no later than Thursday, June 29 by 3:00 PM (or they lose ownership rights to these lifts and no refunds will be given). There is a 16% buyer’s fee added to the final sale price of all lots plus applicable sales tax (an additional 2% convenience fee will be charged for credit card/debit card payment processing). If you wish to pay for your purchase(s) with cash, you have a limited two-day window to do so on Wednesday, June 21st from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or Thursday, June 22nd from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM at our main office located at 534 West Grand Avenue, Beloit, WI. On Thursday night, we will start processing everyone's payments for their invoices to their credit card on file (if they weren't told to send a payment by wire transfer previously). We are not taking any payments at Gear Automotive. If you need to update your credit card on file, please do so before the auction starts to close. Your invoice showing a zero balance owed must be brought to your scheduled pickup time. All items must be picked up on Friday, June 23 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM or on Saturday, June 24 between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM (except the two post lifts which must be picked up sometime the following week by 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 29, 2023 and whose removal must be coordinated with the owner). IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP DURING THIS TIME - YOU LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO THOSE ITEMS AND MAY BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BIDDING. We reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash or wire transfer for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud. Again, there will be no payments taken onsite at Gear Automotive for this sale.

Please read all of the informational lots at the beginning of this auction so you understand how this auction will operate, how you can pay or how you will be charged, and when you can preview and pickup. The pickup times are specific so don't bid if you (or someone you know) can't meet those pickup times/deadlines. You should bring YOUR OWN pallet jack, dollies, tools, equipment, and help to load your purchases. NO bathrooms will be available onsite. Do NOT bid if you cannot pickup at the specified times. Lots not picked up during these times will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to Gear Automotive. The following terms and conditions apply to this auction. (1.) YOU must register to bid. Auctioneer may establish such Bidder Registration requirements and Bidder qualification criteria as determined, in Auctioneer's discretion, to be reasonably necessary or appropriate. In order to register to bid, YOU must provide such information (including identifying and financial information) as requested by Auctioneer. Auctioneer may refuse to accept a Bidder Registration from any potential Bidder, may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential Bidder, and may revoke the Bidder Registration or bidding privileges of any Bidder. Auctioneer may, in Auctioneer's absolute discretion, receive bids from a person or entity that has not registered to bid, and/or has not satisfied all requirements for Bidder Registration, and, by bidding, such person or entity will be bound by Auctioneer's Bidder Terms and Conditions. Bidder qualification and registration provisions are intended for the benefit of Auctioneer and Seller, and create no rights or interests in any other persons, including competing Bidders. Auctioneer and/or Seller may (but will not be required to) waive any Bidder qualification and/or registration provisions, either globally or on a case-by-case basis. Bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of the auction set forth prior to bidding on the auction. These terms and conditions are made part of the offer to purchase. All bidders are required to register online prior to the beginning of the online auction if they intend to bid. Each bidder is assigned a unique bidder number. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this auction, bidder agrees that all bids he or she submits are irrevocable and binding. (2.) Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. (3.) All property sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” All property is being offered and sold in its AS IS/WHERE IS condition at the time of the auction, WITH ALL FAULTS, including any hidden defects of any nature. All other invoices can be paid for by cash or credit card (though we reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash or wire transfer for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud). There is limited parking so you must sign up for a specific pickup time. This is a two-day pickup except for the winning bidder(s) of the two post lifts. They are responsible for the removal of these lifts after the last pickup day and will need to coordinate with the owner on a date/time to remove these lifts no later than Thursday, June 29 by 3:00 PM (or they lose ownership rights to these lifts and no refunds will be given). The pickup hours are as follows...Friday, June 23rd from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday, June 24th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP DURING THIS TIME - YOU LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO THESE ITEMS AND MAY BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BIDDING. There is NO SHIPPING on this auction. (6.) If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card, your account will be suspended, and you will be blocked from bidding. To reinstate your account, full payment for your outstanding invoice and a $50 service charge must be paid by cash or debit card. (7.) Winning bidders will be sent an email from ShippingSaint.com to schedule their pickup time slot. All items must be picked up by 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 24, 2023. If you have questions, call before you bid on any items. Items not picked up during these times will be considered abandoned and all ownership rights will revert back to Gear Automotive. (8.) Anyone caught tampering with tags, merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. (9.) Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. (10.) According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item. The buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during the pick-up time. Beloit Auction recommends scheduling to be on site as quickly as possible to pick up your purchases. (11.) Buyers are responsible for moving, packing, boxing, and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own vehicle, packing materials, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Beloit Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. (12.) Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. (13.) All our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that lot. (14.) All our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last 90 seconds, 90 seconds will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there is at least 90 seconds with no additional bids. (15.) The Auctioneer cannot, and will not be, held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in their sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. (16.) Buyer agrees any legal action taken regarding this auction, that jurisdiction is agreed upon by all parties to be placed in Rock County, WI. Beloit Auction & Realty, Inc. will be entitled to the value of its time, costs, and attorney’s fees incurred as damages.
